2. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of Bridgetown's corporate website, at bridgetown.pt, whose purpose is to present the agency's activities, represented artists and associated projects, as well as to provide contact channels and communication subscription services.

By using the website, the user declares that they have read and accepted these Terms in their current version.

3. Use of the website

The user undertakes to use the website in good faith and not to perform any acts that compromise its operation or security, including introducing malicious code, unauthorised automated collection of content, attempting to access restricted areas, or using the forms to send unsolicited communications.

4. Content, intellectual property and image rights

All content on the website, including logos, images, photographs, texts, design, trademarks and the “Bridgetown” sign, is owned by Bridgetown Talent Agency, Lda or by third parties who have authorised its use.

The photographs, stage names, biographies and other identifying elements of represented artists are used under authorisations granted by the artists themselves or by the holders of the respective rights, and are intended exclusively for the institutional promotion of the agency and the artists' activities.

Reproduction, distribution, transformation or any other unauthorised use, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written consent, without prejudice to uses permitted by law, including journalistic purposes with attribution of the source.

5. Contact form

The website provides a contact form intended for requests for information, professional proposals and institutional contacts.

Data submitted are used exclusively to respond to the contact, in accordance with the Privacy and Cookie Policy. Sending a message does not create any obligation to respond and does not constitute a contractual or pre-contractual relationship.

The user undertakes not to submit through the form any unlawful or offensive content, or personal data of third parties without lawful grounds to do so.

6. Subscription to communications

The website allows users to subscribe to informational and promotional communications about the activities of Bridgetown and its represented artists.

Subscription is subject to prior and express consent, given through an unticked checkbox, and may be cancelled at any time, free of charge, through the link included in each message or by contacting the address indicated in section 11.

7. Liability

We endeavour to ensure the accuracy and up-to-date nature of the information presented and the continuous availability of the website, without guaranteeing the complete absence of errors, interruptions or technical failures. The information contained on the website is for information purposes only and does not constitute a contractual offer, an offer to the public or a commitment regarding the availability of artists for any purpose.

8. Links to third parties and social media

The website contains links to Bridgetown profiles on social media and to third-party websites, including the merchandising store. We do not exercise control over the content, operation or privacy practices of those websites and platforms, which are governed by their respective terms and policies.

9. Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are governed by the Privacy and Cookie Policy, available on the website.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.

Where the user is a consumer, mandatory consumer protection legislation remains applicable, and the user may bring proceedings before the competent Portuguese courts under the applicable general rules, including the court of their domicile.

11. Changes and contacts

We reserve the right to amend these Terms. Amendments take effect upon their publication on the website.
